Ohio

I suppose it is plausable for this to happen..... but...........

1) "2009 the worst harvest they’ve ever seen in their lives, owing largely to extended bouts of bad weather." While wet and difficult, the yields seemed to be good for most of us.
2) "while grain elevators stand nearly empty" Is there really grain elevators nearly empty? I have not heard of this problem.
3) "close to three-fourths of the country’s farmland is in areas declared eligible for federal disaster assistance due to failed crops."  Is there really 75% of the cropland eligible for disaster assistance?

This story is based on these beliefs.  I question how accurate these really are.
