Priced one this week. Insulated pole barn, 1-30x16 oh, 1-20x16 oh, insulated concrete with in floor. No dirt work or electrical it was qouted $300,000. I suppose all in turnkey $350,000+. Only checked with one builder for now because not ready to pull trigger quite yet. So $75 a sq ft is prob pretty close for a basic shop
