I've had a single oven all my life, but my dream oven would be a double oven.  With the bottom oven not being so far down to the floor that it's difficult to bend down so far.

While KSBoy was helping me shop for a new dryer, we came across an oven that had a gorgeous cobalt blue inside.  That was really nice.  It also had a hole in the front of each wire shelf, for grabbing the shelf if you were wearing an oven mitt.  These last 2 features were nice, but not must-haves for me.
