Oh I love me some Speckendicken. I look forward to this time of year when it becomes a popular dish. I believe my grandma makes it with gram flower (could be wrong) rasins, anis seed, and ringed bologna. There are many different versions but everyones families is the best. But as some good old ethnic food I love Speckendicken!!
