Ok, here are some pictures. The hand crank screw’s off and that side unbolts to remove the roll. When rolling up wire I add the top from a 15 gallon jug so the roll will easily fit later when it gets unrolled. The 4” PVC pipe fits over a 3” steel pipe between the blades. The whole thing can be lifted off of my fence trailer and put on a truck or the gator. It pivots on a piece of pipe so when unrolling off the trailer I can go around corners. My youngest son was the crank turner and since he left home I bought a PTO winder. I can unwind from it or put the rolls on the back of the trailer to unwind.
