New Mexico | are they paying weekly, by the lot shipment ( on the spot...say you agreed to truck em 10,000 bu over 1 week then they pay on site, last load ).
OR in this supposed legal magic of a grain producer being able to recoup??? some of past losses ( non paid for grain ), is it once again the buy now pay later plan.
That pay later plan...May just be another strung out deal eventually settled at yet another future default date only Big Sky and perhaps the SK govt are privy knowledge of at this time?
Another of Canada's future agri fiascos will likely be the big wheat farm ( supposed to be the largest acreage farm in North America once developed ) deal. It's up in the NW...planting 50,000 acres this first year, 2010....Plenty of govt money in that supposed deal too.
One thing about usa govt money connections and scams, is the usa simply pays crooks on a real direct basis now.
