Using my example of measurements I come up with about 120 yds of concrete total. Times 200/yd is $24000. Metal is expensive but not THAT expensive. So a $100,000 in that floor would be around 70k for labor and contractor profit. Drains could add 5k so maybe $65,000 but wow for a less than 2 week project. | |
