The 50k for concrete was with 7” reinforced floor but no drain, could add a touch there. It included a 6”stem wall with 3’ total (I’m sure you guys have to go deeper to get below the frost line). I’m blown away that your concrete costs are 2x what it is here. This was concrete and labor but I do know at the time the concrete was 145. It’s over 150 now.
