Central ND | If you can get it done for that more power to you but I can assure you it won't happen 'here'. Apparently our costs are just that much higher here, you can read through this thread and see all the nd, sd, mn guys saying $70-100ft. There is just so many things that add up quick and a bunch of little numbers eventually make a big number. Like I said, $20/ft wouldn't put that building up here with NO doors in it and you're at least 50% low on cost of the floor here, and that's just the floor cost, no footings
