SE IL | Rough estimates I saw recently 50k for concrete this would be a full footing. 95k for building and labor including lines on inside. 15k for spray foam insulation. Radiant heat is cheap so roughly 10k for heat and electric and plumbing if you can do some yourself. Doors could range from 10k to 50k depending what you want. I think 200k could build a darn nice shop “here” but many have standards higher than mine.
