SC Iowa | Theorizing a bit here.....but from what I hear the Gulf has a full loading program through spring.....wet weather has hampered number of days they can load ships.....so between the lost days from rain and thinning pipe from the north due to weather/ice, they are already losing ground from projections....
I think they know they have to keep the pipeline stuffed all the way out....not a blip that can be cured with a short term inversion in bids.....
and not every barge heading south is high quality, either, which presents another set of issues to work through... | |
