| I just figured total cost today on a building we just finished. Won’t be an exact comparison. 60x80x17 plus a 720 sq ft triangle that connects to a existing building at a 45. Has a 42 foot wall on the triangle, but I’m guessing the added cost of special trusses would cover the missing 18 feet of end wall.
Everything included $215k. Stick built and we did all of the wiring, floor heat and plumbing. We also dug the footings and formed the concrete including rebar. All they had to do was pour it.
Spray foam walls and blown in attic
Liner metal on all walls and ceiling
