I use Udder Balm just purchase at a farm store but there is a difference in different brands look for one that has vitamins and minerals. Also I have used Ivory bar soap ( even available at Wal Mart ) because it is one of the only one available local that is just soap and no other lotions or additives just Ivory Bar not the liquid .
