Pittsburg, Kansas | The individual containers my wife likes to use in the refridgerator to store the individual servings are half pint glass canning jars. Then she buys the white plastic refridgerator storage lids (available anywhere canning jars are sold) that screw on top of the jars.
She fills them only half filled with the mousse (so about a quarter pint of moose per serving). Puts the lid on and refridgerates. Then they are ready for individual servings right out of the jar. The room in top of the jar gives space for a modest portion of fruit or nuts topping, then serve it right in the jar. This makes minimal extra work for her with no extra plating or extra dishes to clean up.
