Day Co. SD | When did the Environmental Working Group start posting the ag payments online ? I know that was a real eye opener to most of the general population in our small community.
It changed attitudes about money from the govt assistance being shameful, to instead being a good business decision.
The debate can go on about the need or importance or the commitment or the investment, but a big chunk of the population saw a small part of the population getting handed govt money and wanted in on it.
