St. Clair MN; Casa Grande AZ | I had a severe case in 2014, also had a local dermatologist say live with it.
Finally I got into the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. First thing my doctor said was stop using all those creams and lotions.
She told me to buy some cheap cotton gloves (I found some ambidextrous ones for a dollar) and at bedtime put on a heavy layer on Vaseline and put the gloves on and go to bed. I don’t think you can put on too much. I put on additional Vaseline if I woke up for a potty break.
They did an allergy test. They taped and mapped 96 reagents on my back to see what I was a allergic to.
Turns out one of the things I was allergic to was the neomycin cream I was using.
I also went to the chiropractor. My T11 was out of adjustment, the vertebrae along with the C3 that can cause eczema and skin conditions.
I went a few more times to make sure it stayed in alignment.
I’ll add a link to a spinal chart and the ailments they can cause.

Good luck!
