I was into a fast three or four days and just totally lost my mind and felt like I was dying. My wife was at work and I text her that I had to eat and I felt horrible. She is an RN and is very well versed in nutrition and fasting. She told me to eat half an avocado and wait 30 min. It only took about 10 min to get things back in shape.
