Pittsburg, Kansas | Spot on.
I have a hard time relating all the health benefits without feeling like being some sort of cheerleader for a social agenda.
Yet my results reflect yours. Not a SINGLE negative, yet many many unexpected positives by getting the junk out of our diet.
We started low carb/keto to lose weight. That actually was the side effect. What happened is we got tremendously more healthy and the weight just came off as a result of the better health. The body, given the chance, knows how to take care of itself. Yet when we constantly abuse it with a barrage of bad eating habits, it just can't keep up with the damage. The older we get, the less ability the body has to keep up with the constant damaging abuse.
