I cooked a small 3.5# pork roast in slow cooker today. I saw a recipe that seemed strange but tried it. Seasoned the roast with just a regular pork rub I use, nothing special but then added a can of coke. It was the best pork roast I have had in forever and the juices left made a nice sauce. Could not tell it had coke in it at all.
