Chatham Ontario. | As mentioned, look at diet and lifestyle first. I had one years ago that healed itself. Last year seem to have one that I couldn't manage. My doctor said there is a procedure where doctor uses a small suction instrument to pull the hemorrhoids into and then a small elastic band is slipped over the tissue. This eventually chokes off the blood supply and it falls away. Its a painless procedure and only takes a few minutes, outpatient. I know this method has been around many years. I wouldn't hesitate recommending it to others.
