WCNY | Thanks for the explanation and video. I am trying to learn as much as I can to make this work out for the long term. I am a bit concerned that we both are in our mid 60's and have had our Gal bladders out and high blood pressure. She has type 2 diabetes and is on a pill for that. I am concerned if that pill will be an issue without Dr supervision. I dont believe her Dr will support the Keto diet and suggest she doesnt do it. I have low thyroid level and on pill for that.
