s nd | One of our local am radio announcers brought this up a few months ago, as he was having an issue. Wanted them gone with surgery, but the doc told him to try metamucil for awhile. I think it is working for him. I take 3 metamucil gummy bears a day. Little spendy at 14-15 bucks a month, but they taste good. And I also bought a tube of a&d ointment 20 30 years ago and lube up after every shower. More often if you have to. That helped me before I started taking the gummies. Just remember what finger you use when you lick the frosting off the cake later.
