You can get D3 and K2 in the same pill and they work together concerning calcium in the blood. I have found the combination pills are no more expensive than buying either D3 or K2 individually.

Been taking it since well before covid. Before we even knew Vitamin D levels were important for covid severity. Some of the brands we have bought/used over the preceeding years.

Fermented products like sauerkraut and natto are also food sources of K2.

If a person eats any dairy products at all, like cheese, cottage cheese, etc., they are probably getting all the calcium they need from the diet.

Very good presentation. Thanks for the link. Don't recall if I have ever listened to that Dr before. Wife says maybe once a long time ago.
