If you think bacon and fresh tomatoes isn't healthy, you've bought way too far into the narrative that was pushed by the sugar/processed food dollars that happens to coincide with a large percentage of the North American and Western European population becoming overweight, diabetic, etc.  

Can't wait for spring when I can have some buttermilk-marinated green tomatoes fried in lard or bacon grease....
