My doctor says eat absolutely no soybeans. I can’t recall why but I will see if I can find out.
We ate cotton seed oil when I was a kid, at peanut oil if we felt boujee. We grew cotton and peanuts. They told us not to chew or suck on cotton in the field because it was toxic. But mom friend the chicken fry in it because we grew it.
People just don’t understand eating healthy.
