That race is an injury waiting to happen but my son like it so we go every year. Usually my only all trail race of the year. All the non runners tell me that I shouldn't run on a road but a lot easier on the joints and soft tissue than sliding down hills and tripping on tree roots. Got lucky and feel great this morning.
