thumb of mi | Thanks to John and others here The wife and I started the low carb low sugar thing a couple months ago. We are both down 20lbs. For me it was having my wife on board and helping with what she was cooking. Make sure to eat enough so you don’t get hungry. It wasn’t the struggle I was expecting at first but we’ve slipped a little. Holidays and travel for work can be tricky. All in all it’s not bad and worth it. My problem was my wife is an exceptional cook and I should have weighed 300 not 230. Good luck. | |
