It's not all on the potential employees. A lot of the employers are expecting their employees to do the same job as 1.5 employees in the same 1 person time frame because they are short handed. In this area most of the local contractors for plant maintenance etc. expect a normal work week to be 60 hours. Overworking people willing to work a job is compounding the problem.
Why do people not want to go back to work?
