| I had one done six months ago. Pain was not bad, but wearing the pillow sling can get old. I did about three months of occupational therapy. You will have to do therapy at home too. They don't want you to hurt when doing them. I was told it will take a year to get to the best that I will be. I can't reach behind my back yet and I learned to put on a coat a little differently then I use to. But it works and I am happy I had it done. | |
