Northwest Iowa | Follow a KETO diet, similar to John burns writes about. The 1st week will be tough when you skip breakfast and snacks. Get rid of all soda, it will be better. The results will make it easier to follow. No more joint pain. No more short of breath. No more, well much less, snoring. Don't feel tired. Dropped BP pill. Probably feel as good as I did 25 years ago- maybe even more. Lots of benefits. Eating out is really challenging. One youtube segment, the gal talks about buying a MC Donalds 1/4 # er and not eating the bun. I've done that. Good luck! | |
