This guy is also a good source of information. Eating less high carb stuff will work... until you crush your metabolism and fighting cravings all the time makes you give up.
Following links from Mr. Burns on here brought me from 6'4" 240 to 195 without being hungry all the time. Don't fear fat or you will be in a losing battle against will power. Once you get the role of insulin it will become clear that a diet of 2000 calories from eggs, steak and bacon is not the same as 2000 calories from pizza, breakfast cereal, burgers (hint, the burger is your friend, the bun will kill you) and fries. | |
