| Just make sure your contractor has good insurance. In our town probably 40+ years ago a large 2 story house they were doing this. Family living in the house during the project. House fell off the blocks into the hole during the night. They ended up with a new ranch style house on the same lot and a broken bone or 2 I can't remember details. I do remember the wrenched up house in the hole before they demoed and started over. | |
