E.Central MN | A lot of the multi unit apartment buildings are using prefab wall sections. They put those buildings up pretty fast. The interior walls are going to be the same from unit to unit so it's just a matter of ordering so many of this wall structure, and so many of that structure and a similar way for doing the outside walls since they're likely using the same windows in the same locations. Probably have automated machines to build them now just like the rafter plants so they're getting pretty high quality at a lower cost. | |
