| Yes, and so many countries are struggling with their demographics. Even China.
It appears that the can cannot be kicked down the road anymore. All of the chickens have come home to roost. The blog that I quoted has been even laying out the strong case that we are being taken into war because of this financial mismanagement. The one positive thing, for those of us in agriculture, is that of all the places to be invested in these days, ag seems to be near the top. We can only hope that they will realize the value of an efficient food production machine and not do anything to screw it up.
But, on the other hand, I guess I wouldn't bet much money on it. | |
