When I first started my protocol to hopefully avoid Covid, I did a lot of research and had a hard time finding what I wanted, and took many different capsules. A year ago, my healthcare provider put me in touch with a compounding pharmacist and the various things I take are now condensed into two capsules a day (twice a day if I get Covid, along with ivermectin). When I did get my 18 hour Covid last spring, I had stopped taking my supplements for a few months because of having a bit of an upset stomach following my knee replacement, and I really feel like that’s why I got it. Other than that, I haven’t been sick since 2019, with a case of bronchitis. I’ve been around sick people, have taken care of sick people, and been around many with Covid. I have mostly gotten away from the nasal/throat sprays, but will use occasionally if I know I’m going to be in a crowd.
