The bad bank idea is gaining, I suggest the "calculated risk" website....also, Helicopter Ben is musing about buying long term bonds.....bad bank buys real estate paper above market at low interest rates.....when interest rates finally adjust to the real world.....that idea will be a dandy!!!!!
Future taxes....doesn't matter whether income or property....not going to be pretty.
No one in our government or on the "street" wants anyone to take their losses.....except our grandchildren will.
