North Central Iowa | There was news today that Obama signed an order that will allow states to impose their own environmental restrictions led by demands from California. How this may affect ethanol demand is yet to be determined but it was enough to make bulls a bit uneasy. Also if one reads between the lines there is concern over future "executive orders" that could either directly or indirectly affect ethanol and/or agriculture. Could a reduction of ethanol/renewable fuel mandates be coming or the allowance of ethanol waivers by states? MORE BAD NEWS ????
