Went to a strip-till demo day last summer near Piper City Il. and was impressed enough to want to give it a try on our farm. Would have done more , but not feeling comfortable about the price of fertilizer. So I thought I'd hedge a little and do about 15-20% of my acreage now and take my chances with the rest next spring Anyways the local co-op has this rig available , redball units on a bauer toolbar. Field is a pool table so not expecting any washouts, so all I have to worry about is ponding and bean straw floating around right? Ground was a little moist and tight so it seems to be slabbing a little , but hopefully winter will make it all nice. This was a destroyed fescue sod field before the beans were planted , so you'll notice a little sod in the close-ups. Thanks for looking.---Greg
