Subject: What grass to no til into a rutted hayfield?

thumb of Michigan
I am located in the thumb of Michigan. I need to extend this field until next fall. This hay field is used for parking at a local event in august. Unfortunately this year it poured during the event and the field is tore up. I think the drill would level the field enough to cut again.
I would have fit this field after the event but it forgot how to quit raining this fall. I can't really spring plant this field as it wouldn't be firm enough for parking especially if it rains again. Could I no til oats in the spring or wheat this fall?
Got any good ideas?
