Subject: cover crop rates?

tennessee
I'm going to sow some cereal rye and winter peas tomorrow. I was told at the co-op to put 75 lbs. of rye and 15 lbs of peas in the mix per acre. Does this sound about right? I've never mixed the two so I really don't know much about doing it. I've planted rye alone before and got by with about a bushel/acre. How much N can I expect from this mix for next year? It will be killed around first of april and corn no-tlled into it. Thanks.
