Subject: Update on Making Use of the No-Till Payment



Western Oregon
It has been a couple weeks since I posted my photos of planting clover into sweet corn stubble. I was a bit worried it wouldn't come up as I was listening to Billy Joe Shaver as opposed to Pink Floyd, but wonder of wonders it appeared. Now if it will make it throught flooding, slugs, and more flooding then the government no-till payment will not be wasted!
First two photos are of clover. Second photo is of fescue rows. It was taken just about the same spot as the photo of tractor and drill picture I posted before. If you look closely you can see the rows. Planted on 23" spacing.
