| JD 930 flex header sickle is giving a lot of trouble. The problem is obvious in that it is out of time. The register is off 1/2 inch from end to end. The bar is not streched. The book says the problem may be that the pitman arm is installed one tooth off on the gearbox shaft. Took it off and it has (looks like 540 rpm pto splines) so if I try to move it one tooth it will not go back on as it hits the casting on the sides on the gearbox mount. Any help greatly appreciated. | |
