SWOH | i don't really want to start a big argument like what happened on the flood post below, but being from somewhere that has never flooded like that, what happens to that equipment that's been under water? i've heard stories of guys buying used stuff back in the 90's that went through the flood but i'm too young to remember most of that. are most people honest enough to let you know that it was halfway under water at one point? or do they try to get as much money out of it as possible and not really worry about the details. i know a few people around here (Ohio) that bought used trucks from a local dealer in the 90's and had all kinds of rust and electrical problems with them and then later found out every vehicle on his lot was flood damaged. just wondering..... | |
