Subject: Kelderman econofold planter?

Baldwin City, KS
We are looking at a Kelderman 12 row frame with black Kinze units. It was supposed to have been put together in '95. It is a little rough looking paint wise, but the row units and frame look very sound as far as I can see. Replacement of a few chains and the usual wear items should take care of things. The markers don't look the best, but lately we have been watching the light bar more than the mark anyway (that is the last time I was in the field, been a long time), so I might not use them alot.
I originally was in the market for a JD or Kinze econofold, but we can get a good deal on this one, and I would probably have to do the same work to any used planter I bought. Do any of you guys run the Kelderman bar? Likes and dislikes? It looks like it would flex really nice, and I can't see any evidence of stress or places where the frame was underbuilt. Just wondered if I was missing something. Thanks for the input.
