Well I found why I have a large pressure difference between the two hoppers. I found a very slight crack on the top of the hopper. Only really shows up at full pressure. Previous owner was kind enough to put duct tape on the underside of the crack. (It didn't work, I might add). I'm done with beans, so it looks like fiberglass time before next season. Thanks to everyone who helped me solve this.
