Subject: rawson hydraulic problem

Swmn
Bought a used planter to include a Rawson system. The system was new in 1997 or 8. anyhow, The it has 3 sections of hydraulic drive units. the center drive is planting 2000 population lighter than the outer two. i have increased the center unit driven sprocket size in order to bump up the population on those units. That hasn't worked, still the same problem. what do you guys suggest i try next. Thank you for any replies.
