| We installed an EZG500 with Nav Controller II into an MT765B ISO tractor and when we power up the display we receive a Steering Interface OverVoltage error. We then checked the Nav Contoller faults and it had 2 in there a 041 "Man Ovrd Overvolt" and 065 "Output Bal. Overvolt" We started doing some investigation and determined that we were getting 9 & 12 volts coming across the CAN wires in the tractor. We then checked another MT765 that also had a Nav Controller II in it and we were only getting 5V across the CAN wires which is what it is suppose to be.
Has anyone run into a similar problem when installing third-party components on CAN equipped tractors? Any ideas would be appreciated.
