What is a fair yardage fee for backgrounding cattle?  I'm trying to figure my costs for backgrounding my calves and need to include yardage fee in that cost to be accurate, but I have no idea what that fee should be.  Also, trying to answer that big question I ask every year.  Keep the calves of sale them at this great price?  I have the feed and facilities, but it's hard to turn down these prices.  I think it payed off last year to background my calves but calves are going to have to be awfull high in two months for it to pay this year.  I want to take them from 650 to 850.  Any thoughts?
