SW Ohio | I have read this many times about a clean wipe of hard drive and start over with a re-install of windows. My problem is when I bought this machine (about four-five years ago) win XP SP2, I got no discs with the puter, this was from MicroCenter, a reputable store. How do go about reinstalling without a disc? Am I SOL?? Can you still buy XP??-won't touch Vista with a ten foot joystick!! I have no problems at the moment but I am sure after that many years I have some cobwebs in here somewhere. ( I have been with dos/Win since the eighties but I will look very hard at Apple when the inevitable replacement is due) | |
