I thought I would share my meal with you.

2 turkey breasts, and 1 pork loin.

I put them on the grill at 430am, set to smoke.  At 10am I turned it to 275, at 1215 I took them off and ate em!

The turkey was so moist!  I did better on my grill then I have done in my oven.
